Inside Class: Trip to Emmis Communications

The Tindley Prep 8th graders recently took a field trip to Emmis Communication downtown on the circle. They were extremely interested to be in a professional environment and learning how people use the skills they use everyday in class. JD from Hank FM was happy to show the young men how communication plays a huge role in his job as a DJ. Christa did a terrific job explaining the difference between AM and FM radio signals to our young men and providing us with a first class tour of the facilities.
