At Tindley Prep, we want our scholars to be more than prepared, we want them to lead. We want them to lead the charge of change and positivist in their communities and throughout the world.
Below is a summary of what the leadership program at Tindley Prep is about.
The leadership program at the Tindley Preparatory Academy
was created to help young men grow the capacity to lead their peers through
service, academics & honor, gentlemanly endeavors, and seeking leadership
to uphold excellence. In this program, scholars at TPA will be exposed to
lessons throughout the year that help them achieve leadership goals specific to
their grade level. Young men will also be required to take boards once a year
to test their leadership capabilities. All school level leaders will need to
have attained rank in their grade to serve. For example, a student may not run
for student body president or be an ambassador for the school unless they have
achieved rank in their grade level.
